Adults Only
ADEPIC Music accounts are for adults aged 18 or over only. We collect date of birth at signup to verify age. We do not offer accounts to children.
Where a licence covers a performer under 18, only an adult parent, guardian, or authorised adult may create the account and complete the licence. We do not collect junior personal contact details for that purpose.

When you create an account we process:

- Password (stored by our authentication provider; we do not see the plain password)
- Country
- Optional company or club name
- Date of birth

Licence information
When you take a licence we process the details needed for the licence certificate and compliance, including performer or team names, skating discipline/level where relevant, payment references (via Stripe), and download/verify tokens.
Technical information
Hosting and security systems may process IP address, browser/device information, and basic logs to operate and protect the service.
How We Use Your Information
We use personal data to:

- Issue, verify, and re-issue licences and download links
